Offers of ideas etc.

From time to time Sony Optiarc is contacted by people offering ideas, memos, drawings, concepts and other proposals for new products, technologies, designs, manufacturing, advertising and marketing etc. (hereunder referred to as proposals). Meanwhile, Sony Optiarc also conducts its own day-to-day research and development work in various fields, and there is a possibility that ideas Sony Optiarc has come up with independently but not announced may coincidentally be very similar to proposals received.
